Gods in Birthright are real, just as the power of the old gods runs through your veins, the vast majority of the God's powers lie in these once mortal vessels.

Haelyn, Lord of the Gods: Inheritor of Anduiras, Lord of the Gods . His Holy day is the winter Equinox.

Cuiraécen, Lord of Storms; Son of Haelyn and Nesirie, Lord of Storms and Righteous conflict. Sacrifices made before battle. (No temples of his own, worshipped in conjunction with Haelyn)

Erik, Lord of the woods: Inheritor of Reynir, Lord of wild places and writing, Patron of the Rjurik. His holy day is the Autumn equinox.

Nesirie, Goddess of Grief and the Sea: Inheritor of Masela, The goddess of Grief, Patron to the lost Masala tribe, and explorers. Sacrifices to when exploring or travelling.

Ruornil, God of Magic: Inheritor of Vorynn The god of the moon and magic, Patron of Mages. His holy day is the Spring Equinox

Sera, Lady of Fortune: Inheritor of Brenna, Lady of Fortune and Trade, Patron of the Brecht. Sacrifices when good fortune rather than skill carries the day.

Eloéle, Lady of Thieves: Daughter of Ruornil and Sera, Patron of Thieves and Liars. Sacrifices made when dark deeds are planned.

Laerme, Patron of Bards: Daughter of Erik and Avani, Patron of Bards and Lovers. Sacrifices made when love is involved.

Avani, Lady of Reason and the glorious sun: Inheritor of Basaia, Patron of the Khinasi, Holy Day the Summer Solstice

Kriesha, The Winter Witch: Partial inheritor of Azrai, Patron of the Vos. Holy Day the Winter Solstice (Shared with Haelyn)

Belinik, the Lord of Strife: Partial inheritor of Azrai, Patron of the Vos. Sacrifices made before battle. No Temples, worshiped in conjunction with Kriesha.

Other Powers

The Cold Rider, a malignant will given form in the spirit world, a corrupting echo of Azrai rippling from the shadow realm into Cerilia. Folktales typically have the Cold Rider as a dark horseman watching from windswept bluffs, disappearing before some tragedy strikes. While he rarely attacks intruders directly, those who see him usually end up encountering the most dramatic and iconic manifestations of the Shadow World's evil.

Moradin, The Lord of Stone: Patron of the Dwarves, and neither fought nor died at Deismaar. Head of the pantheon of Dwarven Gods, Moradin is a stern paternal deity, gruff and uncompromising. While anyone my worship the Soul Forger, only dwarves are allowed to advance in His church.

Kartathok, The lord and patron of all goblin-kind. Neither fought nor died at Deismaar. A bloody god, demanding frequent sacrifice and displays of strength from his followers, Kartathok is head of a pantheon of dark Goblin gods. Kartathok's priests pray for their spells at dusk.

The Powers of Darkness: Numerous other dark forces serve as patrons to monstrous races and other evils lurking in the dark corners of the world. Gods, demons or devils, their number includes Yeenoghu, Lord of Gnolls, Baphomet, the Lord of Minotaurs, Kostchtchie, Lord of the Giants and Torazan, Lord of the Orog.
